Look closely at the liver. On the pig's right side, underneath one of the distal lobes, you should find a delicate, greenish colored bag, the gall bladder (not pictured). Also look for the pancreas underneath the stomach (not pictured). Label these in your diagram. Now, remove the liver. It should look like this:

After you've examined your pig, move the stomach, pancreas, spleen and intestines. Once you do this, you should see two kidneys. They look like large beans. Carefully remove tissue covering them, exposing arteries. See below:
